PaddockTally ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PaddockTally mobile and web application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.

- Account information: your name, email address, and password (securely hashed) when you register.
- Farm data: records you create such as enterprises, paddocks, mobs, diary entries, financial entries, sales, production data, employees, and rainfall.
- Payment information: subscription and billing details processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: device type and anonymised analytics to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service;
- To manage your account and subscription;
- To display your farm data and generate reports;

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

- Members of your farm account as designated by you;

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
