Welcome to PaddockTally Support. We're here to help you get the most out of your farm management app. Below you'll find answers to common questions and ways to reach us.
Getting Started
- Sign in: Open PaddockTally and enter your email and password to log in to your existing account.
- Set up your farm: Add your farm name, owner, and location from the home screen. Create enterprises, paddocks, and mobs to start recording data.
- Start a diary entry: Use the Diary tab to log operations, products used, employee hours, sales, and rainfall for any date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between seasons?
Yes. Use the season selector at the top of the Home, Diary, and Finances screens to view and compare data across different years.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across all your devices when you're online.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated farm records.
